Carter Branding important Covid-19 client update.

In light of the shutdown recently announced by the Government, here is an important update for our clients.

We can confirm that Carter Branding have temporarily closed our doors and are not unable to welcome visitors to our studio. We are very fortunate in that we are able to work remotely and as a result, hopefully not too much will change for our clients initially.

Client Support

Whilst the studio is closed we are doing all we can to work with clients on existing projects and we hope to  continue to provide a service that is as normal as possible, although response times are likely to be a little slower than normal.

We request that clients keep an eye on their client portals for regular updates – both to projects and also for any firm developments that may affect you.

New Project Enquiries

Project enquiries may still be made of course and we will respond to these as soon as we can, however, we trust that you will understand that existing clients are receiving our priority in these uncertain times.

Finally, we would like to thank our clients for your understanding and we would like to place on record our thanks to those working in and for the NHS and all other essential services for their hard work, dedication and care during this unprecedented period.
